By Train
First, get yourself to Uenoshi (上野市) Station on the Iga Railway. To get there, transfer from the Kintetsu Osaka Line at Iga-Kambe (伊賀神戸) Station...or transfer from the JR Kansai Main Line at Iga-Ueno (伊賀上野) Station.
From the station, it's about a 15 minute walk north:
- Go out the main exit and from the station-front area, head straight to the bigger road (that crosses the train tracks).
- Turn left and cross said train tracks.
- Head straight on this road, you will pass Ueno Park on your left.
- After passing Ueno Park, walk for a ways and turn left at the second stop light. Joy City will be down the street a little on your right, you should be able to see Okuwa.
