Will be greatly expanded one day...

If you are really seeking info now, check out the 日本語 group on the forum (sign up for it here). Alternatively, check out the wealth of sites and blogs dedicated to the subject of learning Japanese.

To get you started:

  • All Japanese All the Time - An information-rich blog with extremely poor organization, dig around about the sentence method
  • Reviewing the Kanji - Heisig method evangelists, and forums full of far more ideas than you'll find on this page
  • Anki - Probably the best SRS (spaced-repition software) available. Has some features and plug-ins specifically designed for Nihongo learning.
